You had the truck for 2 weeks.So between the hostile service guy and the lack of communication (which they were adamant about how they would be on communication every few days, so it made it extra noticeable) AND not finishing the job. turning a simple how was the service and did they contact you? into what felt like an attack when his facility was the helpful, very odd).But got a hold of Rancho cucamonga facility, they were like oh yeah we ment to call you. Finally called the facility that we turned the truck in, they transferred the call to Rancho cucamonga(which when we picked up the truck the service guy had to rant they could not of done that because they have no idea how to transfer call and got all hostile about it. no number for the Rancho cucamonga facility, definitely no call from them. They informed us about this and that they would be in communication when the truck got there, etc.Nothing. That wasnt the problem however.The problem was the lack of communication, they had to send it to a different shop in Rancho cucamonga. But the truck went in some time in February with a long scratch, a few missing/broken pieces, and I guess a hurt tire. I do not know if its covid to blame or not. To the amazing team at caliber collision THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!! Thank you to Ashley at the front desk who was extremely pleasant and sweet, to Jonathan who estimated the service and delegated the work you were extremely honest and I really appreciate that, to Arman, Who at the end of the day made me feel safe that me and my car were taken care of words cannot express, thank you so very much, I appreciate the integrity that you put in, to the amazing mechanics that put in the hard physical labor to ensure that the customer is happy. I felt my car was in excellent hands And it was! I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work that was done on my car and will not hesitate to use them again, as well as recommend them for quality assistance and care on your car. They really respect their customers and have an excellent way of showing it, I really appreciate that. Everyone was extremely professional, and provided excellent quality, Loyalty, and honesty throughout the whole process. Caliber collision in Apple Valley is amazing.
